Bonding Bridge (“Bonding Bridge,” “we,” “us” and “our”) provides an AI-powered relationship coaching service designed to help adult users (18 years and older) strengthen and nurture their romantic and interpersonal relationships through personalized, private guidance and insights (“Services”). The Services are not available to anyone under 18 years of age. Privacy is extremely important to us, so we have taken several steps to protect your information and put you in control.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose and store Personal Information you provide to us through the website and any associated tools (collectively “Sites”) that provide the Services. We may provide additional “just-in-time” disclosures or additional information about our Personal Information collection, use and sharing practices. The types of Personal Information we obtain about you depends on how you interact with us and our Services. When we use the term “personal information,” we are referring to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be associated with you. Personal Information that has been anonymized is no longer personal information as it cannot be associated with a specific individual. The following are the categories and specific types of Personal Information that we may collect:- Basic Identifying Information including your full name, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, username or other similar identifiers.- Device Information and Other Unique Identifiers including device identifier, internet protocol (IP) address, cookies, beacons, pixel tags, mobile ad identifier, or similar unique identifiers.- Internet or Other Network Activity including browsing or search history and information regarding your interactions with our Sites, emails, or advertisements.- Geolocation Data including information that permits us to determine your general location, such as if you manually provide location information or enable your mobile device to send us such information. We use your IP address to identify your country and state of residence to apply relevant privacy protections and regional restrictions.- Payment Information including credit or debit card numbers.- Relationship and Personal Information including details you choose to provide about your relationships, relationship status, partner information (with consent where applicable), emotional well-being, communication patterns, or other personal experiences while using or communicating through the Services.- Demographic Data including age, gender, some of which may include characteristics of protected classifications under U.S. state or federal law.- User Content, such as your text inputs and communications with the AI coach during sessions.
Inferences drawn from or created based on any of the information identified above (primarily high-level insights preserved from sessions).
- Sensitive Personal Information. Bonding Bridge only collects sensitive Personal Information, as defined by applicable privacy laws, for the purposes allowed by law or with your consent. Bonding Bridge does not collect or process information that is considered to be sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you without a lawful basis.We do not collect audio, visual information (such as photographs, images, videos, or voice recordings), or any media uploads as these are not features of the Services.

2. How We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect Personal Information about you from various sources. Without providing your Personal Information you may not access Services through Bonding Bridge or utilize the relationship coaching features.For example, we collect and obtain:- Account Setup. When you sign up for an account with us, we ask for and collect Personal Information such as your name, a valid email address, phone number, date of birth and [OTHER REQUIRED ACCOUNT DETAILS]. We need this information to provide you with the Services and verify you are at least 18 years old.- Paid Services. If you purchase access (e.g., Essential, Enhanced, or Premium plans), Personal Information such as billing name, address and credit card payment information will be collected to process payment.- Relationship Coaching Interactions. We collect your Personal Information when you interact with the AI coach or utilize exercises, prompts, or programs available on the Services.- Log Data. When you use our Services, we automatically collect information about how you use our Services to provide personalized coaching and suggestions.- Surveys and Assessments. From time to time we may collect Personal Information via surveys or relationship wellness questionnaires. Participation is optional.- Requests for Information, News and other Content. You may sign up to receive updates related to Bonding Bridge. When signing up, you will be asked to provide Personal Information such as your name and email address.- Technical Support Requests. If you contact us for support, we collect information such as your email address and description of the issue.- Technologies and Other Automatic Data Collection Technologies. When you visit our Sites, open or click on emails or newsletters that we send you, or interact with our advertisements, we or third parties we work with automatically collect certain information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, and cookies. We and our third-party partners and service providers use pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, cookies, and other similar online tracking technologies (collectively, “online tracking technologies”) to gather information when you interact with our Sites, emails or newsletters.Note: Advertising features are not used in coaching interactions.

We may use Personal Information that we collect about you for various purposes, including to:

5. How We May Disclose Your Personal Information

We may share and disclose Personal Information as follows:a. To Service Providers Performing Services on Our Behalf. (bound by confidentiality)

e. For Welfare Assurance. We may disclose your Personal Information to law enforcement or authorities if we reasonably determine that there is an imminent risk of harm to you or others based on content provided during sessions.

i. Anonymized Data Sharing. We may de-identify your Personal Information and aggregate such de-identified data. Such anonymized, aggregated data is no longer Personal Information and may be shared with researchers or partners to advance understanding of relationship dynamics while preserving individual privacy.
We do not share your chat content with any third party (including partners), as sessions are private and content is deleted shortly after use.

6. Security of Your Personal Information

We employ reasonable security measures designed to protect the security of information submitted through the Services, equivalent to the HIPAA compliance framework.

7. Retention

We retain your Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.Chat transcripts and detailed session content are automatically deleted minutes after each coaching session ends. Only high-level, generalized insights are preserved to allow the AI to provide evolving, personalized coaching over time.Your account information and any associated Personal Information will be retained while your account is active. Upon your request (via email to: [email protected]), we will completely delete your account and all associated Personal Information (subject to any legal retention obligations).After a period of inactivity greater than 1 calendar year, we may, at our discretion, delete inactive accounts and associated data.

8. Links to Other Sites

The Services may contain links and widgets related to third-party websites and services (“Third Party Services”) with which we have no affiliation.A link to any Third Party Services does not mean that we endorse it or the quality or accuracy of information presented on it. If you decide to visit any Third Party Services, you are subject to its privacy policy and practices and not this Privacy Policy.We encourage you to carefully review the legal and privacy notices of all other digital services that you visit.

9. Age Restrictions and Children’s Data

Our Services are strictly for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Information from children or minors under 18.If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Services. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from someone under 18, we will delete such information immediately.

10. Your Choices

We will verify your identity before processing the request. We honor deletion requests by fully removing your account and all associated data (subject to legal exceptions).

11. International Transfer

Bonding Bridge is currently available only to users located in the United States. We do not offer the Services outside the United States at this time, and other countries are coming soon.As a result, we collect, store, and process your Personal Information primarily within the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please note that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States (and possibly other locations within our service infrastructure). The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country of residence, potentially offering different or less protective standards. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. We will update this section as we expand availability to additional countries.

12. Notice to Individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

This section applies only to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland at the time of data collection.At this time, Bonding Bridge Services are available only in the United States, and we do not actively offer or market the Services to individuals in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located in one of these regions and are accessing or using the Services (which is not intended or authorized at this time), please discontinue use immediately, as the Services are not directed to or available in your region.We will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate notices, including any required Consent Management Platform (CMP) or additional rights information, when and if the Services become available in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Bonding Bridge is currently available only in the United States. Shine the Light (California Residents Only)
California residents with whom we have an established business relationship may request, once per calendar year, information about our disclosure of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.
